Farolitos & Invitations
My mom got married at the Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The venue is known for their farolitos (luminarias), so I decided to capture that look for the invitation design. I created laser-cut imagery that was inspired by New Mexican pottery and textiles. I then created customized farolitos and candle holders for use at the wedding.
This piece received a Gold at the 2018 Western Virginia American Advertising Federation ADDY Awards, a Graphic Design USA 2019 American Package Design Award, a Bronze from the 2019 Indigo Design Awards, and was a 2019 Print Regional Design Annual Winner for the South Region.
